循证护理在精神病护理中的应用分析

摘要

目的 分析循证护理在精神病护理中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2023年7月至2024年7月收治的80例精神病患者为研究对象，随机分为参考组和实验组，各40例，参考组接受常规护理，实验组接受循证护理。对比两组的睡眠质量及精神症状评分。结果 干预前，两组在睡眠质量及精神症状评分方面均无明显差异（P＞0.05），干预后，实验组在睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间以及睡眠效率等方面的评分均显著低于参考组（P<0.05）；实验组的精神症状评分显著低于参考组（P<0.05）。结论 循证护理在精神病护理中的应用效果显著，能够有效改善患者的睡眠质量，减轻精神症状，值得进一步推广和应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of evidence-based nursing in psychiatric nursing. Method 80 psychiatric patients admitted to our hospital from July 2023 to July 2024 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group, with 40 cases in each group. The reference group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group received evidence-based nursing care. Compare the sleep quality and psychiatric symptom scores between two groups.
Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in sleep quality and psychiatric symptom scores between the two groups (P>0.05). After intervention, the experimental group's scores in sleep quality, falling asleep time, sleep time, and sleep efficiency were significantly lower than those of the reference group (P<0.05); The mental symptom score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application effect of evidence-based nursing in psychiatric nursing is significant, which can effectively improve patients' sleep quality, alleviate mental symptoms, and is worthy of further promotion and application.
