Application value analysis of postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing in patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction
产后盆底康复护理在产后盆底功能障碍患者中的应用价值分析

摘要

目的 探析产后盆底功能障碍患者中采取产后盆底康复护理的效果。方法 本次研究对象为54例产后盆底功能障碍患者，抽取自本院2022年1月-2023年1月期间。按照随机数字表法分为参考组及实验组，每组27例。其中参考组采取常规护理，实验组采取产后盆底康复护理。对两组护理后的效果予以对比分析。结果 实验组盆底肌力相比参考组较优（P＜0.05）。实验组护理满意度高于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论 产后盆底功能障碍患者中采取产后盆底康复护理，可有助于提高患者的盆底肌力，从而患者较为满意。此种方法值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing in patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction. Method The subjects of this study were 54 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction, selected from our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023. According to the random number table method, they were divided into a reference group and an experimental group, with 27 cases in each group. The reference group received routine care, while the experimental group received postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation care. Compare and analyze the effects of two groups of nursing interventions.
Results The pelvic floor muscle strength of the experimental group was better than that of the reference group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing can help improve pelvic floor muscle strength in patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction, resulting in greater patient satisfaction. This method is worth promoting.
