Research on the effect of targeted nursing in the care of pediatric pneumonia and its impact on anxiety and depression emotions
针对性护理在小儿肺炎护理中的效果及对生理指标的影响研究

摘要

目的 明确针对性护理在小儿肺炎护理中的效果。方法 研究纳入2023年9月-2024年9月中综合临床各项检查结果满足小儿肺炎诊断标准的99例患者，以随机数字表法安排为两组，对照组与观察组分别47、52例患者，对照组行常规护理干预，观察组行针对性护理干预，对不同干预效果进行比较分析。结果 相较于观察组，对照组干预前数据与观察组之间差异较小（P>0.05），行干预后观察组生理指标各数据值更佳（P<0.05）。相较于观察组，对照组各临床指标数据值更高（P<0.05）。结论 于小儿肺炎护理中施以针对性护理措施，有利于促进患儿血氧饱和度、心率、呼吸等生理指标恢复正常，减少患儿症状持续时间与哭闹时间。

Abstract

Objective To clarify the effectiveness of targeted nursing in the care of pediatric pneumonia.
Methods A total of 99 patients who met the diagnostic criteria for pediatric pneumonia based on comprehensive clinical examination results September 2023 to September 2024 were included in the study. They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method, with 47 patients in the control group and 52 patients in the observation group. The control group received routine nursing interventions, while the observation group received targeted nursing interventions. The effects of different interventions were compared and analyzed.
Results Compared with the observation group, the difference between the pre intervention data of the control group and the observation group was relatively small (P>0.05), and after intervention, the physiological indicators of the observation group had better values (P<0.05). Compared to the observation group, the control group had higher values for various clinical indicators (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing targeted nursing measures in the care of pediatric pneumonia is beneficial for promoting the recovery of physiological indicators such as blood oxygen saturation, heart rate, and respiration in children, reducing the duration of symptoms and crying time.
