Discussion on the application value of thunder-fire moxibustion intervention in postoperative pain in patients with ureteral stones
雷火灸干预在输尿管结石患者术后疼痛应用价值探讨

摘要

目的 探讨雷火灸干预在输尿管结石患者术后疼痛的应用价值。方法 选择2023年3月至2024年3月收治的输尿管结石手术患者80例作为研究对象，将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组（n=40例，常规护理）与观察组（n=40例，在常规护理的基础上实施雷火灸干预）。对比两组患者疼痛程度、疼痛持续时间、疼痛发作频率、睡眠质量。结果 观察组疼痛程度、疼痛持续时间、疼痛发作频率、睡眠质量评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 雷火灸干预应用于输尿管结石患者术后疼痛管理具有显著价值，可有效减轻患者疼痛程度、缩短疼痛持续时间并改善患者睡眠质量，值得在临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of thunder-fire moxibustion intervention in postoperative pain in patients with ureteral stones.
Methods 80 patients undergoing ureteral stone surgery who were treated from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected as research subjects, and they were divided into a control group (n=40 cases, routine care) and an observation group (n=40) according to the random number table method. Compare the pain level, pain duration, pain attack frequency, and sleep quality between the two groups of patients.
Results The pain intensity, pain duration, pain attack frequency, and sleep quality scores of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Thunder-fire moxibustion intervention has significant value in postoperative pain management in patients with ureteral stones. It can effectively reduce the pain level, shorten the duration of pain and improve the sleep quality of patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
