Application effect of "Internet +" training mode for new enrolled nurses under the background of new medical department
新医科背景下新入职护士“互联网+”培训模式应用效果

摘要

目的 基于新医科背景下,以“护理+互联网”为出发点,以新入职护士培训为视角,通过信息化手段导入新入职护士培训进行辅助教学,构建互联网平台的新入职护士一体化培训模式,并分析其应用效果。方法 根据纳入标准及排除标准,选取2021年-2022年内蒙古科技大学包头医学院第一附属医院新入职护士60名为研究对象,随机分为对照组与试验组各30名,对照组采用传统培训模式,试验组根据《新入职护士培训大纲》要求整体设计培训教程,对两组参训的新入职护士进行培训后考核,通过统计学分析对两组培训前后中国注册护士核心能力量表(Competency Inventory for Registered Nurse, CIRN)量表各维度得分及总分进行比较;对两组培训后的理论知识成绩及操作技能成绩、满意度进行比较。结果 两组培训前后 CIRN 量表各维度得分及总分比较,两组人际关系、领导能力、法律伦理实践无差异(P>0.05),但评判性思维和科研能力、临床护理、专业发展、教学和咨询试验组高于对照组((P<0.05);培训后理论知识成绩及操作技能成绩试验组高于对照组(P<0.001),满意度验组高于对照组。结论 通过各项统计对比,试验组结果均优于对照组本研究成果已成功申报包头市科研项目,在现有的新入职护士培训教育形式下,突破传统固定思维,利用互联网+培训,建立一个完善的培训模式,同时适用于线上、线下培训教学,不受内外环境等因素限制,学员可以做好碎片化时间管理,随时随地充实护理知识。不但方便了教学,更方便了新入职护士的学习,保证临床护理工作高效运转,患者能够得到有效救治的实践意义。

Abstract

Objective Based on the background of new medical department, taking "nursing + Internet" as the starting point, taking the training of new nurses as the perspective, introduce the training of new nurses through information means, build the integrated training mode of new nurses on the Internet platform, and analyze its application effect.
Methods According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, 60 new recruited nurses in the first Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College of Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology from 2021-2022 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into the control group and 30 participants respectively. The control group adopted the traditional training mode and the training group and the training group were compared by statistical analysis to compare the theoretical knowledge, performance and satisfaction of operation skills.
Results In comparison of the scores and total scores of the CIRN scale before training, there was no difference in interpersonal relationship, leadership and legal ethics practice (P> 0.05), but the judgment thinking and scientific research ability, clinical nursing, professional development, teaching and consultation were higher than the control group (P <0.05); the theoretical knowledge and operation skills were higher than the control group (P <0.001), and the satisfaction test group was higher than the control group.
Conclusion   Through the statistical comparison, the experiment group results are better than the control group this research projects, in the existing new nurse training education form, break through the traditional fixed thinking, using the Internet + training, establish a perfect training mode, both for online and offline training teaching, is not limited by internal and external environment, students can do fragmentation time management, enrich nursing knowledge anytime and anywhere. Not only facilitate teaching, but also facilitate the study of new nurses, ensure the efficient operation of clinical nursing work, patients can get effective treatment of practical significance.
