摘要
目的 分析口腔科种植义齿延续护理用微信公众平台所起到的作用。方法 随机均分2023年1月-2024年9月本院口腔科接诊种植义齿病人(n=72)。试验组采取基于微信公众平台的延续护理,对照组行常规护理。对比健康知识认知度等指标。结果 关于健康知识认知度:试验组高达(91.39±3.71)分,对照组只有(67.39±5.26)分,差异显著(P<0.05)。依从性:试验组97.22%,对照组83.33%,差异显著(P<0.05)。护理质量:试验组高达(98.92±0.73)分,对照组只有(90.13±1.75)分,差异显著(P<0.05)。满意度:试验组97.22%,对照组80.56%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 口腔科种植义齿延续护理期间正确运用微信公众平台,病人的健康知识认知度及依从性提升更加显著,满意度也更高,护理质量更好。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the role of WeChat public platform in the continuous care of dental implant patients in the department of stomatology. Methods 72 patients who received dental implants in the department of stomatology from January 2023 to September 2024 were randomly and evenly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group received continuous care based on the WeChat public platform, while the control group received routine care. The indicators such as health knowledge awareness were compared. Results Regarding health knowledge awareness, the experimental group scored (91.39 ± 3.71) points, while the control group scored only (67.39 ± 5.26) points, with a significant difference (P < 0.05). Compliance: The compliance rate of the experimental group was 97.22%, and that of the control group was 83.33%, with a significant difference (P < 0.05). Nursing quality: The experimental group scored (98.92 ± 0.73) points, while the control group scored only (90.13 ± 1.75) points, with a significant difference (P < 0.05). Satisfaction: The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 97.22%, and that of the control group was 80.56%, with a significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion The correct application of the WeChat public platform during the continuous care of dental implant patients in the department of stomatology significantly improves patients' health knowledge awareness and compliance, and leads to higher satisfaction and better nursing quality.
