Effect of ice nursing in operative area after microwave ablation of benign thyroid nodules
良性甲状腺结节微波消融术后术区冰敷护理的效果

摘要

目的 分析在良性甲状腺结节微波消融术患者中开展术区冰敷护理的临床效果。方法 随机选取我院收治的行微波消融术治疗良性甲状腺结节患者130例，通过随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组，每组各有65例患者，给予对照组患者常规护理，观察组添加术区冰敷护理，将两组护理效果进行对比。结果 观察组护理服务质量以及患者的遵医行为评分均高于对照组，患者术后疼痛程度明显轻于对照组，并发症发生率显著低于对照组，最终患者住院时间短于对照组，（P<0.05）。结论 对良性甲状腺结节患者行微波消融术治疗期间开展术区冰敷护理，可进一步提升临床护理服务质量，增强患者遵医行为，减轻术后患者的疼痛程度，降低并发症发生率，促进患者术后身体恢复。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of intraoperative ice nursing in patients undergoing microwave ablation of benign thyroid nodules.
Methods 130 patients with benign thyroid nodules treated by microwave ablation in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 65 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing, and patients in the observation group were added with ice treatment in the operative area, and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results The nursing service quality and compliance scores of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the degree of postoperative pain was significantly less than that in the control group, the incidence of complications was significantly lower, and the length of hospitalization was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Ice treatment in the operative area during microwave ablation of benign thyroid nodules can further improve the quality of clinical nursing services, enhance the compliance behavior of patients, reduce the degree of postoperative pain, reduce the incidence of complications, and promote the physical recovery of patients after surgery.
