摘要
目的 分析疾控中心门诊护理存在的问题及对策。方法 选择2023年12月至2024年5月(干预前,采取常规管理模式)与2024年6月至11月(干预后,采取针对性改进措施)疾控中心门诊的4名护理人员为研究对象,其中,两个时间段的护理人员均为同一批。干预前采取常规管理模式。对比干预前与干预后的护理质量及护理差错发生率。结果 干预后的护理质量评分显著高于干预前(P<0.05);干预后的护理差错率显著低于干预前(P<0.05)。结论 针对疾控中心门诊护理存在的问题,采取有效的对策能够显著提高护理质量,降低护理差错发生率。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the problems and countermeasures of outpatient nursing in the Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Methods 4 nursing staff from the outpatient department of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention were selected as the study subjects from December 2023 to May 2024 (before intervention, using conventional management mode) and from June to November 2024 (after intervention, adopting targeted improvement measures). The nursing staff in both time periods were from the same group. Adopt conventional management mode before intervention. Compare the nursing quality and nursing error rate before and after intervention. Results The nursing quality score after intervention was significantly higher than before intervention (P<0.05); The nursing error rate after intervention was significantly lower than before intervention (P<0.05). Conclusion Taking effective measures to address the problems in outpatient nursing at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention can significantly improve nursing quality and reduce the incidence of nursing errors.
