PDCA模式在消化内镜护理中的应用分析

摘要

目的 分析在消化内镜护理中应用PDCA的医学价值。方法 将2022年1月-2023年12月内于消化内科就诊的接受消化内镜检查的80例患者纳入试验研究，而后以区组随机法分40例对照组常规护理，40例观察组实施PACA护理。在不同护理模式差异下，以护理前后的MSSNS负性心理状态、MCMQ医学应对方式、消化内镜风险发生率、护理满意度指标对比护理价值。结果 护理前，两组患者护理指标对比无统计学意义（P﹥0.05）。而护理后，观察组MSSNS负性心理状态评分更低、MCMQ医学应对方式更佳、消化内镜风险发生率更低、护理满意度更高，对比有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论 PDCA护理模式应用于消化内镜检查患者，可把控风险，促患者负性心理改善，应对方式更佳，可提高患者护理满意度，让其较好的护理体验。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the medical value of PDCA in endoscopic nursing.
Methods 80 patients who underwent endoscopic examination in the Department of Gastroenterology from January 2022 to December 2023 were included in the trial study. Then, 40 patients in the control group were given routine nursing, and 40 patients in the observation group were given PDCA nursing. Under the difference of nursing mode, the influence effect of nursing on the indicators of negative psychological state, medical coping style, endoscopic risk incidence, and nursing satisfaction was compared before and after nursing.
Results There was no statistical significance in the nursing indicators of the two groups before nursing (P>0.05). After nursing, the negative psychological state score of the observation group was lower, the medical coping style was better, the endoscopic risk incidence was lower, and the nursing satisfaction was higher, and the indicators were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The PDCA nursing model applied to endoscopic examination patients can control risks, promote the improvement of patients' negative psychological state, better medical coping style, and improve nursing satisfaction, providing them with a better nursing experience.
