The value of comprehensive nursing intervention based on intermittent catheterization to prevent urinary retention after labor analgesia
基于间歇导尿的综合护理干预预防分娩镇痛后尿潴留的价值探讨

摘要

目的 探讨基于间歇导尿的综合护理干预对预防分娩镇痛后尿潴留的价值。方法 选取2022年12月至2023年12月期间接受分娩镇痛产妇中选取100例作为研究对象，数字表随机排序划分对照组（50例，常规护理）与观察组（50例，基于间歇导尿的综合护理）。对比两组患者的生活质量、情绪状态以及产后尿潴留发生率。结果 观察组患者的生活质量高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组SAS、SDS评分以及产后尿潴留发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 基于间歇导尿的综合护理干预能有效预防分娩镇痛后尿潴留，改善产妇产后生活质量，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the value of comprehensive nursing intervention based on intermittent catheterization in preventing urinary retention after labor analgesia.
Methods A total of 100 postpartum women who received pain relief during childbirth from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (50 cases, conventional nursing) and an observation group (50 cases, comprehensive nursing based on intermittent catheterization) using a numerical table. The quality of life, emotional state and the incidence of postpartum urinary retention were compared between the two groups.
Results of life of the observation group patients was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); SAS, SDS scores and the incidence of postpartum urinary retention in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The comprehensive nursing intervention based on intermittent catheterization can effectively prevent urinary retention after labor analgesia and improve the quality of life of puerpera after childbirth, which is worthy of clinical application.
