摘要
目的 探析青少年抑郁症患者采取绘画干预联合认知行为护理对其抑郁症状及日常生活能力的影响。方法 本次研究对象为68例青少年抑郁症患者,抽取时间为2022年2月-2023年2月期间。按照随机数字表法分为参考组及实验组,其中参考组采取常规护理,后者在上述基础上采取青少年抑郁症患者,每组34例。以抑郁症状(CQS)改善情况及日常生活能力评价两组效果。结果 实验组解决问题、求助评分高于参考组(P<0.05)。两组护理前ADL评分对比差异小(P>0.05),实验组ADL评分低于参考组(P<0.05)。结论 青少年抑郁症患者采取绘画干预联合认知行为护理可有效改善患者抑郁症状,提升其日常生活能力,此种方法值得在临床上推广。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of painting intervention combined with cognitive-behavioral nursing on depressive symptoms and daily living abilities in adolescent patients with depression. Methods The subjects of this study were 68 adolescent patients with depression, selected from February 2022 to February 2023. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into a reference group and an experimental group. The reference group received routine care, while the latter received treatment for adolescent depression patients on the basis of the above, with 34 cases in each group. Evaluate the effectiveness of two groups based on the improvement of depressive symptoms (CQS) and daily living abilities. Results The experimental group had higher scores in problem-solving and seeking help than the reference group (P<0.05). The difference in ADL scores between the two groups before nursing was small (P>0.05), and the experimental group had lower ADL scores than the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion Combining painting intervention with cognitive-behavioral nursing can effectively improve depression symptoms and enhance daily living abilities in adolescent patients with depression. This method is worth promoting in clinical practice.
