Effect of pain management combined with short-term psychological care focused on burn plastic skin grafting patients
疼痛管理结合焦点解决短期心理护理对烧伤整形植皮患者的影响

摘要

目的 探讨疼痛管理结合焦点解决短期心理护理对烧伤整形植皮患者的影响。方法 取本院一年内（2023年1月-2023年12月）内60例烧伤整形植皮患者随机分为对照、研究两组，对照组为常规护理，研究组为疼痛管理结合焦点解决短期心理护理，比较两组护理效果。结果 护理前，两组疼痛评分、情绪状态评分对比P＞0.05；护理后，研究组VAS评分、SAS评分以及SDS评分明显降低，结果对比P＜0.05；研究组护理满意度优于对照组，结果对比P＜0.05。结论 疼痛管理结合焦点解决短期心理护理可有效改善烧伤整形植皮患者术后疼痛感受及情绪状态，患者满意度更高，临床可根据患者情况灵活应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of pain management combined with short-term psychological care focused on burn plastic skin grafting patients.
Methods Sixty patients with burn plastic skin grafting in our hospital within one year (January 2023-December 2023) were randomly divided into a control group and a research group. The control group received routine care, and the research group received pain management combined with short-term psychological care focused on the treatment. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results Before nursing, the pain scores and emotional state scores of the two groups were compared P＞0.05; after nursing, the VAS score, SAS score and SDS score of the research group were significantly reduced, and the results were compared P＜0.05; the nursing satisfaction of the research group was better than that of the control group, and the results were compared P＜0.05.
Conclusion   Pain management combined with short-term psychological care with focused solution can effectively improve the pain perception and emotional state of patients undergoing burn plastic skin grafting, and the patient satisfaction is higher. It can be flexibly applied according to the patient's condition.
