“互联网+护理”在PICC延续护理中的应用进展

摘要

经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管是通过患者贵要静脉、肘正中静脉、颈外静脉以及股静脉等外周静脉穿刺，将尖端送入上腔静脉或是下腔静脉的导管。其具有创伤小，留置时间长以及可避免反复穿刺的优势，使其在危重症、化疗以及接受肠外营养等类型患者中得到了广泛的应用。患者在置管后需定期进行维护，且出现患者对于PICC延续性护理的需求为高水平状态，因而需及时明确高效的PICC延续护理模式。本文综述了在互联网+背景下，经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管延续性护理的现状，介绍了互联网+护理的内涵，现阶段应用现状，开展形式以及所取得的效果等内容。

Abstract

Central venous catheterization through peripheral veins is a procedure in which the catheter is inserted into the superior vena cava or inferior vena cava by puncturing the patient's peripheral veins such as the noble vein, median cubital vein, external jugular vein, and femoral vein. It has the advantages of minimal trauma, long retention time, and avoiding repeated punctures, making it widely used in critically ill patients, chemotherapy patients, and those receiving parenteral nutrition. Patients need to undergo regular maintenance after catheterization, and there is a high level of demand for PICC continuity of care. Therefore, it is necessary to promptly clarify an efficient PICC continuity of care model. This article summarized the current situation of continuous nursing care of peripherally inserted central venous catheters under the background of Internet plus, and introduced the connotation of Internet plus nursing, the current application status, the development form and the results achieved.
