摘要
目的 分析在急诊科中应用优质护理在降低护理纠纷发生率的效果。方法 纳入我院2024年1月1日至11月31日内急诊科收治的住院患者173例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(常规护理,86例)和观察组(优质护理,87例),对比两组护理纠纷事件发生率和急诊护理质量。结果 观察组患者护理纠纷事件总发生率显著低于对照组,且急诊护理质量评分(基础护理、专科护理、护理管理、病情观察、健康知识宣教)均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 临床中在急诊科实施优质护理干预能够显著降低护理纠纷事件的发生,提高急诊科护理质量,更好为患者提供护理。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of applying high-quality nursing in the emergency department on reducing the incidence of nursing disputes. Methods A total of 173 patients under observation admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from January 1, 2024 to November 31, 2024 were randomly divided into a control group (routine nursing, 86 cases) and an observation group (high-quality nursing, 87 cases) using a random number table method. The incidence of nursing disputes and the quality of emergency nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence of nursing disputes in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the emergency nursing quality scores (basic nursing, specialized nursing, nursing management, disease observation, health knowledge education) were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing high-quality nursing interventions in the emergency department can significantly reduce the occurrence of nursing disputes, improve the quality of emergency department nursing, and provide better care for patients in clinical practice.
