Observation of the application effect of evaluation oriented early warning nursing in patients with ulcers combined with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding
以评估性模式为导向的预警性护理在溃疡合并急性上消化道出血患者中应用效果观察

摘要

目的 观察以评估性模式为导向的预警性护理在溃疡合并急性上消化道出血患者中的应用效果。方法 将2023年6月-2024年6月在本院治疗的64例溃疡合并急性上消化道出血患者作为研究对象，随机分配为研究组和参照组，每组分别32例。其中研究组采用以评估性模式为导向的预警性护理，参照组采用普通护理，观察两组患者的应用效果。结果 研究组总住院时长、疼痛时长均低于参照组（P＜0.05）；研究组心理量表各维度评估分数均高于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论 以评估性模式为导向的预警性护理在溃疡合并急性上消化道出血患者中有理想的干预效果，有助于患者尽早出院，同时增强心理承受力。

Abstract

Objective To observe the application effect of early warning nursing guided by evaluative mode in patients with ulcers complicated with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
Methods 64 patients with ulcers complicated with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding treated in our hospital from June 2023 to June 2024were selected as the study subjects and randomly assigned to a study group and a reference group, with 32 patients in each group. The research group adopted a warning nursing approach guided by an evaluative model, while the reference group received regular nursing care. The application effects of the two groups of patients were observed.
Results The total length of hospital stay and pain duration in the study group were lower than those in the reference group (P<0.05); The scores of each dimension of the psychological scale in the research group were higher than those in the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Evaluation oriented early warning nursing has ideal intervention effects in patients with ulcers complicated with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding, helping patients to be discharged as early as possible and enhancing their psychological resilience.
