The influence of extended nursing on diabetes patients with insulin injection by network platform
“互联网+”的延伸性护理对糖尿病胰岛素注射患者的影响

摘要

目的 分析讨论“互联网+”的延伸性护理对糖尿病胰岛素注射患者的影响效果。方法 选择我院2024年1月-2024年12月所接收的80例糖尿病胰岛素注射患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组（“互联网+”的延伸性护理）与对照组（常规护理），对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组血糖控制[空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖与糖化血红蛋白分别为：（5.65±0.23）mmol/L、（8.23±0.24）mmol/L、（5.12±0.13）%]比对照组好，胰岛素注射治疗认知度与自我管理能力[胰岛素泵强化治疗认知度（88.71±3.98）分，自我概念（36.67±3.24）分，健康知识水平（30.67±3.17）分，自我管理技能（35.96±3.25）分，自我管理责任感（43.73±5.94）分]比对照组高（P＜0.05）。结论 对糖尿病胰岛素注射患者开展“互联网+”的延伸性护理实施效果明显，值得广泛推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective Analyze and discuss the effect of "Internet plus" extended nursing care on diabetes patients with insulin injection.
Methods Eighty patients with diabetes who received insulin injection from April 2024 to December 2024 in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into the observation group ("Internet plus" extended nursing) and the control group (conventional nursing), and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results The observation group had better blood glucose control [fasting blood glucose, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose, and glycated hemoglobin were (5.65 ± 0.23) mmol/L, (8.23 ± 0.24) mmol/L, and (5.12 ± 0.13)%, respectively] compared to the control group. Their awareness of insulin injection therapy and self-management ability [insulin pump intensified therapy awareness (88.71 ± 3.98) points, self-concept (36.67 ± 3.24) points, health knowledge level (30.67 ± 3.17) points, self-management skills (35.96 ± 3.25) points, and self-management responsibility (43.73 ± 5.94) points] were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation effect of "Internet plus" extended nursing for insulin injection patients with diabetes is obvious, and it is worth popularizing and applying widely.
