摘要
目的 探究对癫痫患者采用健康教育护理干预的药物依从性及护理满意度的影响。方法 选取2024年1月至2024年5月在我院收治的66例癫痫患者作为观察对象。随机分为对照组(33例)和观察组(33例),对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用健康教育护理干预。对比两组患者药物依从性及护理满意度。结果 干预后,观察组药物依从性及护理满意度都显著高于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 健康教育护理干预可有效提升癫痫患者药物依从性,增强患者对疾病的认知与自我管理能力,同时显著提高护理满意度,对癫痫患者的治疗与康复进程起到积极推动作用,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of health education nursing intervention on medication compliance and nursing satisfaction in epilepsy patients. Methods 66 epilepsy patients admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to May 2024 were selected as the observation subjects. Randomly divided into a control group (33 cases) and an observation group (33 cases), the control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received health education nursing intervention on this basis. Compare medication adherence and nursing satisfaction between two groups of patients. Results After intervention, the medication compliance and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Health education and nursing interventions can effectively improve medication compliance in epilepsy patients, enhance their understanding and self-management abilities of the disease, and significantly improve nursing satisfaction. They play a positive role in promoting the treatment and rehabilitation process of epilepsy patients and are worthy of clinical promotion and application.
