Research progress on risk factors and treatment strategies for the coexistence of osteoporosis in COPD patients
慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者并发骨质疏松的危险因素及治疗策略研究进展

摘要

目的 探讨共情护理联合心理干预对帕金森病伴抑郁患者情绪及认知功能的影响。方法 选取我院2023年1月到2024年1月收治的帕金森病伴抑郁患者90例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组与实验组，每组患者45例，实验组共情护理联合心理干预，对照组常规护理，对比两组患者帕金森病状况评分、认知功能以及心理状态。结果 实验组患者的UPDRS评分低于对照组，MMSE评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。实验组的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 共情护理联合心理干预能够有效改善帕金森病伴抑郁患者的抑郁情绪，提高其认知功能。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effects of empathetic nursing combined with psychological intervention on the emotions and cognitive function of Parkinson's disease patients with depression.
Methods Ninety patients with Parkinson's disease and depression admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 45 patients in each group. The experimental group received empathetic nursing combined with psychological intervention, while the control group received routine nursing. The Parkinson's disease status score, cognitive function, and psychological status of the two groups of patients were compared.
Results The UPDRS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and the MMSE score was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Empathy nursing combined with psychological intervention can effectively improve the depressive mood and cognitive function of Parkinson's disease patients with depression.
