人工气道温湿化护理对重症患者护理效果研究

摘要

目的 分析人工气道温湿化护理对重症患者护理效果。方法 该研究总共纳入94例试验对象,均是2022年9月至2024年9月到医院诊治的重症患者,运用随机数字表法进行分组,分为对照组(归类到该组的患者均进行常规护理,共47例)与试验组(归属于该组的患者均进行人工气道温湿化护理,共47例)。对比两组的气道湿化效果及血气指标。结果 在气道湿化总有效率上,试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。在动脉血氧分压与动脉血二氧化碳分压上,试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在重症患者临床治疗环节中辅助运用人工气道温湿化护理,可进一步提高人工气道湿化效果,调节血气指标,改善预后结局,临床可进一步推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the nursing effect of artificial airway humidification on critically ill patients.
Methods A total of 94 experimental subjects were included in this study, all of whom were critically ill patients who received treatment at the hospital from September 2022 to September 2024. Random number table method was used to divide them into a control group (patients classified in this group received routine care, a total of 47 cases) and an experimental group (patients belonging to this group received artificial airway humidification care, a total of 47 cases). Compare the airway humidification effect and blood gas indicators between the two groups.
Results The total effective rate of airway humidification in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). In terms of arterial oxygen partial pressure and arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure, the experimental group was superior to the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The auxiliary use of artificial airway humidification nursing in the clinical treatment of critically ill patients can further improve the effectiveness of artificial airway humidification, regulate blood gas indicators, improve prognosis, and can be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
