Application research of quantitative evaluation nursing in patients undergoing radiofrequency ablation for arrhythmia
量化评估护理在心律失常行射频消融术患者中的应用研究

摘要

目的 分析心律失常行射频消融术患者采取量化评估护理的价值。方法 选取本院2023年9月～2024年12月行射频消融术共92例心律失常患者，入组病例随机划分2组各纳入46例。对照组均实施常规护理，观察组均实施量化评估护理。根据情绪状态、心功能指标、主要心血管不良事件（MACE）评价2组干预效果。结果 观察组干预后焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分与对照组比较均减少（P＜0.05）。观察组干预后左室射血分数（LVEF）、每搏心输出量（SV）与对照组比较均升高（P＜0.05）。观察组MACE总发生与对照组比较下降（P＜0.05）。结论 心律失常行射频消融术患者采取量化评估护理有助于缓解负性情绪，促进心功能恢复，减少MACE发生。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of quantitative evaluation nursing in patients undergoing radiofrequency ablation for arrhythmia.
Methods A total of 92 patients with arrhythmia who underwent radiofrequency ablation in our hospital from September 2023 to December 2024 were selected. The enrolled cases were randomly divided into two groups, with 46 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received quantitative evaluation nursing care. Evaluate the intervention effects of two groups based on emotional state, cardiac function indicators, and major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE).
Results After intervention, the scores of the Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self Rating Depression Scale (SDS) in the observation group decreased compared to the control group (P<0.05). After intervention, the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and stroke volume (SV) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total occurrence of MACE in the observation group decreased compared to the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Quantitative evaluation nursing for patients undergoing radiofrequency ablation for arrhythmia can help alleviate negative emotions, promote cardiac function recovery, and reduce the occurrence of MACE.
