Effect and value analysis of holistic nursing in tuberculosis nursing
结核病护理中运用整体护理的效果及价值分析

摘要

目的 于结核病护理中施以常规护理、整体护理，明确整体护理效果，旨在推动结核病护理研究发展。方法 研究纳入2023年11月-2024年11月中综合临床各项检查结果满足结核病诊断标准的95例患者，对各个患者进行随机编号后采取随机抽取法安排为两组，对照组与观察组分别49、46例，对照组行常规护理干预，观察组行整体护理干预，对不同干预效果进行比较分析。结果 观察组不良情绪数据值更低，P值结果<0.05，统计学差异大。观察组生活质量数据值更高，P值结果<0.05，统计学差异大。结论 于结核病患者中施以整体护理措施，对减轻患者不良情绪、改善生活质量状态有着积极影响。

Abstract

Objective To apply routine nursing and holistic nursing in tuberculosis nursing, clarify the effect of holistic nursing, and promote the research and development of tuberculosis nursing.
Methods 95 patients whose comprehensive clinical examination results met the diagnostic criteria for tuberculosis from November 2023 to November 2024 were included in the study. After random numbering of each patient, they were randomly selected into two groups, 49 cases in the control group and 46 cases in the observation group, routine nursing intervention in the control group, and holistic nursing intervention in the observation group. The effects of different interventions were compared and analyzed. The observation group had a lower negative emotion data value, with a P-value of<0.05, indicating a significant statistical difference.
Results The observation group had higher quality of life data values, with a P-value of<0.05, indicating a significant statistical difference.
Conclusion   Applying holistic nursing measures to tuberculosis patients has a positive impact on reducing patients' bad mood and improving their quality of life.
