摘要

失眠为老年患者在治疗期间最常见的症状，会直接影响到患者日间精力，不利于各方面治疗、护理操作的顺利开展。且在长期失眠症状的影响下，可能导致患者免疫力水平出现异常，甚至会影响到患者恢复。结合当前临床实际可以发现，导致老年患者出现失眠症状的原因较多，环境、心理以及患者自身各方面症状等均可能导致患者出现夜间无法顺利入睡或者容易醒来等症状。在老年患者治疗期间需准确掌握导致老年患者出现失眠症状的原因，并结合该部分患者的具体特点开展针对性护理支持，促使患者在治疗期间失眠症状得到改善，保障患者睡眠质量。本文旨在针对老年患者出现失眠症状的原因进行分析并对相关护理研究进展进行总结。

Abstract

Insomnia is the most common symptom among elderly patients during treatment, which directly affects their daytime energy and is not conducive to the smooth implementation of various treatment and nursing operations. And under the influence of long-term insomnia symptoms, it may lead to abnormal immune levels in patients, and even affect their recovery. Based on current clinical practice, it can be found that there are many reasons that can cause insomnia symptoms in elderly patients. Environmental, psychological, and various symptoms of the patient themselves may all lead to symptoms such as difficulty falling asleep at night or easy awakening. During the treatment of elderly patients, it is necessary to accurately grasp the causes of insomnia symptoms and provide targeted nursing support based on the specific characteristics of this group of patients, in order to promote the improvement of insomnia symptoms and ensure the quality of sleep for patients. This article aims to analyze the causes of insomnia symptoms in elderly patients and summarize the progress of related nursing research.
