Practice and effect study of ACTED rehabilitation nursing model in nursing care of patients after partial laryngectomy
ACTED康复护理模式在喉部分切除术后患者护理中的实践与效果研究

摘要

目的 探讨ACTED康复护理模式在喉部分切除术后患者护理中的实践与效果研究。方法 选取2023年1月至2023年12月期间收治的50例行喉部分切除手术的患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组，每组各25例。对照组采用常规护理模式，实验组在常规护理基础上采取ACTED康复护理模式进行干预，并制定详细的护理方案。通过焦虑自评量表、日常生活能力评估量表以及并发症发生率等指标评价两组患者的护理效果。结果 干预后，实验组的心理状态显著优于对照组（P<0.01），相关并发症的发生率也明显低于对照组（P<0.01），生活质量得分及护理工作的满意度均高于对照组（P<0.01），差异有统计学意义。结论 ACTED康复护理模式在喉部分切除术后患者中的应用，通过全面评估、个性化康复方案的制定以及延续护理的开展，有效提高了患者的生活质量及康复效果，降低了并发症的发生，增强了患者战胜疾病的信心，进一步促进了医患关系的和谐。

Abstract

Objective To explore the practice and effect study of ACTED rehabilitation nursing model in nursing care of patients after partial laryngectomy.
Methods A total of 50 patients who underwent partial laryngectomy from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects and divided into an experimental group and a control group by random number table method, with 25 cases in each group. The control group adopted conventional nursing model, and the experimental group adopted ACTED rehabilitation nursing model for intervention on the basis of conventional nursing, and formulated a detailed nursing plan. The nursing effects of the two groups of patients were evaluated by anxiety self-rating scale, daily living ability assessment scale and complication incidence.
Results After intervention, the psychological state of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.01), the incidence of related complications was also significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.01), and the quality of life score and satisfaction with nursing work were higher than those of the control group (P<0.01), and the differences were statistically significant.
Conclusion   The application of ACTED rehabilitation nursing model in patients after partial laryngectomy effectively improves the patients' quality of life and rehabilitation effect through comprehensive evaluation, formulation of personalized rehabilitation plan and implementation of continuing nursing, reduces the occurrence of complications, enhances the patients' confidence in overcoming the disease, and further promotes the harmony of doctor-patient relationship.
