The impact of specialized nursing mode for critically ill patients on the rehabilitation effect and prognosis of respiratory failure patients in emergency ICU
危重症专职护理模式在急诊ICU呼吸衰竭患者康复效果及预后的影响

摘要

目的 探究危重症专职护理模式对急诊ICU呼吸衰竭患者康复效果及预后的影响。方法 将我院2022.3.12-2023.3.12急诊ICU收治的86例呼吸衰竭患者随机分为观察组与对照组各43例，观察组给予危重症专职护理模式，对照组给予常规护理。结果 观察组患者ICU停留时间、机械通气时间、住院时间均显著低于对照组；而在血气分析指标上观察组的PaCO₂要低于对照组，但PaO₂、pH均高于对照组，两组患者各项指标数据对比分析，差异明显具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 危重症专职护理能够有效提高急诊ICU呼吸衰竭患者身体康复速度，并改善其呼吸功能，利于患者预后。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of the specialized nursing model for critically ill patients on the rehabilitation effect and prognosis of respiratory failure patients in emergency ICU.
Methods 86 patients with respiratory failure admitted to the emergency ICU of our hospital from March 12, 2022 to March 12, 2022 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 43 patients in each group. The observation group received specialized nursing care for critically ill patients, while the control group received routine nursing care.
Results The ICU stay time, mechanical ventilation time, and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group; In terms of blood gas analysis indicators, the PaCO₂ of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, but PaO₂ and pH were higher than those of the control group. The comparison and analysis of various indicators between the two groups of patients showed significant statistical differences (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Intensive care nursing can effectively improve the physical recovery speed and respiratory function of emergency ICU respiratory failure patients, which is beneficial for patient prognosis.
