Evaluation of the impact of evidence-based nursing on stoma complications and quality of life in patients with colorectal cancer stoma
循证护理对结直肠癌造口患者造口并发症及生活质量的影响评估

摘要

目的 于结直肠癌造口患者中施以循证护理措施、常规护理措施，明确循证护理效果，旨在推动结直肠癌造口护理研究发展。方法 研究纳入2023年11月-2024年11月中综合临床各项检查结果满足结直肠癌诊断标准接受造口治疗的62例患者，以随机数字表法安排为两组，对照组与观察组分别31例，对照组行常规护理干预，观察组行循证护理干预，对不同干预效果进行比较分析。结果 两组相比，观察组总造口并发症例数占比更少，观察组生活质量数据值更高，P值结果<0.05，统计学差异大。结论 于结直肠癌造口患者中施以循证护理措施，有利于减少造口并发症风险，对改善生活质量有着积极意义。

Abstract

Objective To apply evidence-based nursing measures and conventional nursing measures to patients with colorectal cancer stomas, clarify the effect of evidence-based nursing, and promote the development of research on colorectal cancer stoma care.
Methods A total of 62 patients who met the diagnostic criteria for colorectal cancer and received stoma treatment based on comprehensive clinical examination results from November 2023 to November 2024 were included in the study. They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method, with 31 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing intervention, while the observation group received evidence-based nursing intervention. The effects of different interventions were compared and analyzed.
Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had a lower proportion of total stoma complications and higher quality of life data values, with P values < 0.05, indicating significant statistical differences.
Conclusion   Applying evidence-based nursing measures to patients with colorectal cancer stomas can reduce the risk of stoma complications and has a positive impact on improving quality of life.
