Research on the application of specialized oral nursing combined with refined nursing in post total crown restoration surgery
口腔专科护理结合精细化护理在全冠修复术后的应用研究

摘要

目的 分析全冠修复术后患者使用口腔专科护理结合精细化护理的应用效果。方法 纳入2022年1月~2024年1月内我院行全冠修复术患者68例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（常规护理）和观察组（口腔专科护理结合精细化护理）各34例，对比两组护理效果。结果 干预前两组炎性因子水平差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），干预后观察组炎性因子水平均较对照组更低，且生活质量各维度评分（社会功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛和一般健康状况）均较对照组更高，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 临床中对全冠修复术后患者实施口腔专科护理结合精细化护理能够显著降低患者炎性因子水平，提高患者术后生活质量，具有较高应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of combining oral specialty nursing with refined nursing in patients after full crown restoration surgery.
Methods A total of 68 patients who underwent full crown restoration surgery in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were included. They were randomly divided into a control group (conventional nursing) and an observation group (oral specialty nursing combined with refined nursing), with 34 patients in each group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05). After intervention, the levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the scores of various dimensions of quality of life (social function, physiological function, physical pain, and general health status) were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In clinical practice, the combination of specialized oral care and refined care for patients after total crown restoration can significantly reduce their inflammatory factor levels and improve their postoperative quality of life, with high application value.
