Evidence based nursing of wind cold dampness syndrome in knee joint disease using medication cupping therapy
药物罐疗法应用于膝痹病风寒湿痹证的循证护理

摘要

目的 分析在膝痹病风寒湿痹证患者的临床治疗方案中应用药物罐疗法的价值。方法 将2024年6月-2025年1月于本院中医科就诊的116例膝痹病风寒湿痹证患者随机法分58例对照组常规治疗，58例观察组增加药物罐疗法。对比治疗前后的膝关节的肿胀度、疼痛评分、膝关节评分和生活质量。结果 治疗前，两组患者护理指标对比无统计学意义（P﹥0.05）。而治疗后，观察组膝关节的肿胀度、疼痛评分、膝关节评分和生活质量优于对照组，对比有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论 药物罐疗法应用于膝痹病风寒湿痹证可改善膝关节疼痛和肿胀度，恢复膝关节功能，促进患者生活质量提高。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of drug cupping therapy in the clinical treatment of patients with wind cold dampness syndrome of knee joint disease.
Methods A total of 116 patients with wind cold dampness syndrome of knee joint disease who visited the Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of our hospital from June 2024 to January 2025 were randomly divided into a control group (n=58) receiving conventional treatment and an observation group (n=58) receiving medication cupping therapy. Compare the swelling degree, pain score, knee joint score, and quality of life of the knee joint before and after treatment.
Results Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in nursing indicators between the two groups of patients (P>0.05). After treatment, the swelling degree, pain score, knee joint score, and quality of life of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the comparison was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of medication cupping therapy in the treatment of wind cold dampness syndrome of knee osteoarthritis can improve knee joint pain and swelling, restore knee joint function, and promote the improvement of patients' quality of life.
