The effect of perineal massage combined with hip joint training in late pregnancy on the natural delivery process and outcome
孕晚期会阴按摩联合髋关节训练对自然分娩产程及分娩结局的影响

摘要

目的 分析产妇应用孕晚期会阴按摩联合髋关节训练的效果与对其自然分娩产程及分娩结局的影响。方法 选取2022年1月~2024年1月内我院收治的孕晚期产妇76例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（常规护理）和观察组（会阴按摩联合髋关节训练）各38名，对比两组自然分娩产程时间和分娩结局。结果 观察组产妇第一产程、第二产程、第三产程和总产程时间均短于对照组，且观察组产妇不良新生儿结局总发生率显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 临床中对孕晚期产妇行会阴按摩联合髋关节训练能够显著缩短产妇产程所需时间，减少新生儿不良结局的发生，具有应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of perineal massage combined with hip joint training in late pregnancy on the natural delivery process and outcome of parturients.
Methods 76 late stage pregnant women admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were randomly divided into a control group (conventional nursing) and an observation group (perineal massage combined with hip joint training), with 38 patients in each group. The natural delivery process time and delivery outcomes of the two groups were compared.
Results The first, second, third, and total delivery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the total incidence of adverse neonatal outcomes in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In clinical practice, vaginal massage combined with hip joint training can significantly shorten the time required for postpartum women in late pregnancy, reduce the occurrence of adverse outcomes in newborns, and have practical value.
