摘要
目的 分析在狂犬疫苗接种患儿的临床护理方案中应用心理护理干预的医学价值。方法 将2022年1月-2023年12月内就诊的犬咬伤儿童60例以随机法分30例对照组常规护理,30例观察组增加心理护理干预,对比两组护理前后的的情绪评分和护理依存度。结果 护理前,两组患者护理指标对比无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。而护理后,观察组SCARED儿童焦虑性情绪障碍更低,MSSNS负性心理状态评分更低,护理依存度高于对照组,对比有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论 在狂犬疫苗接种患儿中应用心理护理干预可改善儿童的焦虑和负性情绪,促使依从性提高,配合临床完成疫苗注射。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the medical value of applying psychological nursing intervention in the clinical nursing plan of children vaccinated with rabies vaccine. Methods Sixty children with dog bites who received medical treatment between January 2022 and December 2023 were randomly divided into a control group (n=30) receiving routine nursing care and an observation group (n=30) receiving additional psychological nursing intervention. The emotional scores and nursing dependence before and after nursing care were compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing, there was no statistically significant difference in nursing indicators between the two groups of patients (P>0.05). After nursing, the anxiety disorder of SCARED children in the observation group was lower, the MSSNS negative psychological state score was lower, and the nursing dependence was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of psychological nursing intervention in children vaccinated with rabies vaccine can improve their anxiety and negative emotions, promote compliance, and cooperate with clinical completion of vaccine injection.
