The application of narrative nursing in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis and its impact on psychological status and nursing satisfaction
叙事护理在乙型肝炎性肝硬化患者中的应用及对心理状况及护理满意度的影响

摘要

目的 分析叙事护理对乙型肝炎性肝硬化患者心理状况及护理满意度的影响。方法 以2024年2月至2025年2月为研究时间，以我院收治的乙型肝炎性肝硬化患者78例为研究对象，将患者纳入随机分组程序，随机均分为2组（叙事组、常规组），分别以叙事护理及常规护理进行干预，对比患者组间心理状况及护理满意度。结果 与常规组比，叙事组HAMD与HAMA得分更低，且护理满意度更高（100.00%＞89.74%），上述对比均有统计学差异与意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在乙型肝炎性肝硬化患者中，叙事护理不仅可进一步改善患者负面情绪，且可进一步改善护患关系，提高护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact of narrative nursing on the psychological status and nursing satisfaction of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis.
Methods From February 2024 to February 2025, 78 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects. The patients were randomly divided into two groups (narrative group and routine group) and intervened with narrative nursing and routine nursing respectively. The psychological status and nursing satisfaction of the patients were compared between the groups.
Results Compared with the conventional group, the narrative group had lower HAMD and HAMA scores and higher nursing satisfaction (100.00%>89.74%), and the above comparisons were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Narrative nursing can not only further improve negative emotions in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis, but also enhance the nurse patient relationship and increase nursing satisfaction.
