精神分裂症患者康复护理进展

摘要

精神分裂症是常见的精神疾病，疾病原因多和遗传因素、生活环境、脑内神经递质失衡等相关，因病情反复、有攻击性对他人和社会有较高的危害。因此，神经分裂症患者需要及时的治疗和康复，促使疾病有效控制，平稳的转归家庭和社会。康复护理的本质是对精神分裂症患者的认知、行为、情感等进行综合性的干预和康复，其目的不但是消除患者的精神疾病症状，更是为了帮助患者实施生活和认知的重建，发挥自身潜能，实现社会功能等的者整体康复。而康复护理方法多种多样，包含有心理社会功能训练、工娱治疗、家庭参与、改良森田疗法等。本文现从精神分裂症患者的康复护理进展进行综述。

Abstract

Schizophrenia is a common mental illness, and its causes are often related to genetic factors, living environment, and neurotransmitter imbalances in the brain. Due to the recurrent and aggressive nature of the condition, it poses a high risk to others and society. Therefore, patients with schizophrenia need timely treatment and rehabilitation to promote effective disease control and a smooth transition to family and society. The essence of rehabilitation nursing is to provide comprehensive intervention and rehabilitation for the cognitive, behavioral, emotional, and other aspects of patients with schizophrenia. Its purpose is not only to eliminate the symptoms of mental illness, but also to help patients rebuild their lives and cognition, unleash their potential, and achieve overall recovery of social functions. There are various rehabilitation nursing methods, including psychological and social function training, occupational and recreational therapy, family participation, and improved Morita therapy. This article provides a review of the progress in rehabilitation nursing for patients with schizophrenia.
