Study on the effect and satisfaction of integrated rehabilitation nursing on patients with coronary heart disease
整体化康复护理对冠心病患者的效果及满意度研究

摘要

目的 探讨整体化康复护理对冠心病患者的临床效果及患者满意度的影响。方法 在2023年5月－2024年5月本院收治的冠心病患者中选取80例作为研究对象，数字表随机排序划分对照组（40例，常规护理）与观察组（40例，整体化康复护理）。对比两组心绞痛频率、生活质量、护理满意度以及心功能变化。结果 观察组心绞痛的频率低于对照组，生活质量、护理满意度评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组心功能指标优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 整体化康复护理应用于冠心病患者，可有效改善患者的心功能，提高患者的生活质量，同时提升患者对护理服务的满意度，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effects and patient satisfaction of integrated rehabilitation nursing on patients with coronary heart disease.
Methods 80 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (40 cases, conventional nursing) and an observation group (40 cases, integrated rehabilitation nursing) using a numerical table. Compare the frequency of angina pectoris, quality of life, nursing satisfaction, and changes in cardiac function between two groups. The frequency of angina pectoris in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the scores of quality of life and nursing satisfaction were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The cardiac function indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of integrated rehabilitation nursing in patients with coronary heart disease can effectively improve their cardiac function, enhance their quality of life, and increase their satisfaction with nursing services. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
