摘要
目的 分析在肝胆外科的护理教学中联合PBL与SP教学法对于提升教学质量的效果;方法 本次研究为前瞻性研究,选取2022年7月至2024年3月在我院肝胆外科进行护理实习的44名实习护生,按照实习时间先后进行分组,观察组采取PBL+SP教学法,对照组为常规带教;结果 观察组在理论、实践等考核成绩上均高于对照组护生(P<0.05)。观察组护生在自主学习能力培养、临床思维能力提高等多个维度上的教学满意情况均优于对照组(P<0.05);结论 通过采用PBL+SP教学法来开展肝胆外科的护理教学,能够在实际案例教学中融入SP教学,共同推动护生护理理论及实践能力的发展,同时更容易被护生所接受。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of combining PBL and SP teaching methods in nursing teaching of hepatobiliary surgery on improving teaching quality; Methods This study is a prospective study, selecting 44 nursing interns who underwent nursing internships in the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery at our hospital from July 2022 to March 2024. They were divided into two groups according to their internship time. The observation group received PBL+SP teaching method, while the control group received routine teaching; Results The observation group had higher scores in theoretical and practical assessments than the control group of nursing students (P<0.05). The satisfaction of nursing students in the observation group with teaching in multiple dimensions such as cultivating self-learning ability and improving clinical thinking ability was better than that of the control group (P<0.05); Conclusion By using PBL+SP teaching method to carry out nursing teaching in hepatobiliary surgery, SP teaching can be integrated into actual case teaching, jointly promoting the development of nursing theory and practical ability of nursing students, and making it easier for nursing students to accept.
