Application value analysis of high-quality nursing combined with palliative care in clinical nursing of advanced malignant tumors
优质护理联合安宁疗护在晚期恶性肿瘤临床护理中应用价值分析

摘要

目的 分析晚期恶性肿瘤采用优质护理联合安宁疗护的临床护理的应用价值。方法 选取2023年10月至2024年5月在我院收治的64例晚期恶性肿瘤患者作为观察对象。随机分为对照组（32例）和观察组（32例），对照组采用优质护理，观察组采用优质护理联合安宁疗护。对比两组患者生活质量、心理状态及护理满意度。结果 护理后，观察组生活质量评分高于对照组，焦虑。抑郁评分更低，护理满意度更高，其差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 优质护理联合安宁疗护在晚期恶性肿瘤临床护理中应用价值显著，能有效提高生活质量，改善心理状态，提升护理满意度。值得在临床上进一步推广和应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical nursing application value of high-quality nursing combined with palliative care for advanced malignant tumors.
Methods 64 patients with advanced malignant tumors admitted to our hospital from October 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the observation subjects. Randomly divided into a control group (32 cases) and an observation group (32 cases), the control group received high-quality care, while the observation group received high-quality care combined with palliative care. Compare the quality of life, psychological status, and nursing satisfaction between two groups of patients.
Results After nursing, the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, indicating anxiety. The depression score was lower and the nursing satisfaction was higher, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application value of high-quality nursing combined with palliative care is significant in the clinical nursing of advanced malignant tumors, which can effectively improve the quality of life, psychological state, and nursing satisfaction. It is worth further promoting and applying in clinical practice.
