Study on the application effect of comprehensive psychological nursing intervention on patients with anal fissure and depression
综合心理护理干预对肛裂合并抑郁症患者的应用影响研究

摘要

目的 分析在肛裂合并抑郁症患者的临床护理方案中应用综合心理护理干预的医学价值。方法 将2022年1月-2023年12月内于本院就诊的肛裂合并抑郁症患者80例分40例对照组常规护理，40例观察组实施综合心理护理干预。对比护理两组患者的SPS自我感受负担、HAMD抑郁评分等评分。结果 护理前，对比无统计学意义（P﹥0.05）。护理后，观察组HAMD抑郁评分更低、CD-RISC心理弹性评分更高，SPS自我感受负担评分更低，指标对比有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论 在肛裂合并抑郁症患者中应用综合心理护理干预可改善抑郁情绪和自我感受负担，促心理弹性提高。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the medical value of applying comprehensive psychological nursing intervention in the clinical nursing plan of patients with anal fissure and depression.
Methods 80 patients with anal fissure and depression who visited our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were divided into a control group of 40 patients receiving routine nursing care, and an observation group of 40 patients receiving comprehensive psychological nursing intervention. Compare the SPS self perceived burden and HAMD depression scores between two groups of patients receiving nursing care.
Results There was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05) before nursing. After nursing, the observation group had lower HAMD depression scores, higher CD-RISC psychological resilience scores, and lower SPS self perceived burden scores, with statistical significance in the comparison of indicators (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of comprehensive psychological nursing intervention in patients with anal fissure combined with depression can improve depressive emotions and self perceived burden, and promote the improvement of psychological resilience.
