Analysis of the impact of early rehabilitation nursing on postoperative recovery of esophageal cancer patients
早期康复护理对食管癌患者术后恢复的影响分析

摘要

目的 探讨早期康复护理对食管癌患者术后恢复的影响。方法 选择2023年6月至2024年6月收治的食管癌患者60例作为研究对象，将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组（n=30例，常规护理）与实验组（n=30例，早期康复护理）。对比两组患者饮食功能、营养状态、住院时间以及生命质量。结果 实验组饮食功能、营养状态以及生命质量均优于对照组，组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组住院时间低于对照组，组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 早期康复护理对食管癌患者术后具有积极的影响，能够促进患者康复，提高生活质量，值得在临床中推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of early rehabilitation nursing on postoperative recovery of esophageal cancer patients.
Methods Sixty patients with esophageal cancer admitted from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group (n=30, receiving routine care) and an experimental group (n=30, receiving early rehabilitation care) using a random number table method. Compare the dietary function, nutritional status, length of hospital stay, and quality of life between two groups of patients.
Results The dietary function, nutritional status, and quality of life of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05); The hospitalization time of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Early rehabilitation nursing has a positive impact on postoperative esophageal cancer patients, promoting their recovery and improving their quality of life. It is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
