摘要
目的 本研究旨在评估综合护理干预在甲状腺癌术后患者护理中的实施效果，并探讨其对患者心理状态、生理恢复的影响。方法 选取我院收治的甲状腺癌术后患者60例，采用随机分组方法将其分为观察组和对照组，每组各30例。对照组患者接受常规术后护理，而观察组患者在常规护理基础上实施综合护理干预措施，对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组患者的焦虑评分显著低于对照组，护理依从性与对照组相比提升，疼痛评分低于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 综合护理干预在甲状腺癌术后患者的护理中显示出显著的积极效果，能够有效改善患者的心理状态，减轻疼痛，降低并发症风险，提升护理服务的整体水平。

Abstract
Objective This study was designed to evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with thyroid cancer after surgery, and to explore its impact on the psychological state and physiological recovery of patients. Methods A total of 60 patients with thyroid cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received routine postoperative nursing, while patients in the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention measures based on routine nursing, and compared the nursing effects of the two groups. Results The anxiety score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the nursing compliance was improved, the pain score was lower than that of the control group, and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention shows significant positive effects in the nursing of patients with thyroid cancer after surgery, which can effectively improve the psychological state of patients, reduce pain, reduce the risk of complications, and improve the overall level of nursing services.
