Applying the quality control circle to improve the total effective healing rate of chronic wounds at home in "Internet Ten Nursing Services"
应用品管圈提高“互联网十护理服务”居家慢性伤口总有效愈合率

摘要

目的 探究“互联网+护理服务”居家慢性伤口应用品管圈对总有效愈合率的应用效果。方法 选取2023年11月至2024年2月在我院收治的56例居家慢性伤口患者作为观察对象。随机分为对照组（28例）和观察组（28例），对照组采用常规的居家护理服务流程，观察组采用品管圈活动。对比两组患者总有效愈合率及护理满意度指标。结果 应用品管圈活动后，观察组总有效愈合率显著高于对照组，护理满意度也明显提升，其差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 应用品管圈提高“互联网+护理服务”居家慢性伤口效果显著，能有效提高其总有效愈合率，提升护理满意度，值得在临床上进行推广和应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of "Internet plus nursing service" on the total effective healing rate of chronic wounds at home by using quality control circles.
Methods 56 home chronic wound patients admitted to our hospital from November 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the observation subjects. Randomly divided into a control group (28 cases) and an observation group (28 cases). The control group received routine home care services, while the observation group received quality control circle activities. Compare the total effective healing rate and nursing satisfaction indicators between two groups of patients.
Results After applying the quality control circle activity, the total effective healing rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and nursing satisfaction was also significantly improved, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of quality control circle to improve "Internet plus nursing service" home chronic wounds has a significant effect, which can effectively improve the total effective healing rate and improve nursing satisfaction. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinical practice.
