Analysis of the effects of meridian massage combined with emotional nursing on the recovery of limb function and psychological resilience in patients with post-stroke hemiplegia rehabilitation nursing
脑卒中后偏瘫康复护理中循经推拿结合情志护理对患者肢体功能恢复及心理弹性的影响分析

摘要

目的 探究将循经推拿联合情志护理应用于脑卒中后偏瘫患者康复护理中的实际价值；方法 以回顾性研究作为研究形式，选取2023年11月至2024年11月我院接诊的44例脑卒中后偏瘫患者，随机数字分为观察组与对照组，各22例。对照组为常规康复护理，观察组为循经推拿联合情志护理，比较两组的肢体功能恢复情况及心理弹性水平变化；结果 观察组在肢体功能相关评分上均高于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组的心理弹性水平评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；结论 采用循经推拿联合情志护理的干预模式，能够有效改善脑卒中后偏瘫患者的肢体功能，并且能够帮助患者养成积极乐观的心态，疏解负面情绪。

Abstract

Objective To explore the practical value of applying meridian massage combined with emotional nursing in the rehabilitation nursing of post-stroke hemiplegic patients;
Methods A retrospective study was conducted to select 44 post-stroke hemiplegic patients admitted to our hospital from November 2023 to November 2024. The patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 22 patients in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing, while the observation group received meridian massage combined with emotional nursing. The recovery of limb function and changes in psychological resilience levels were compared between the two groups;
Results The observation group had higher scores related to limb function than the control group (P<0.05). The psychological resilience level score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05);
Conclusion   The intervention model of combining meridian massage with emotional nursing can effectively improve the limb function of post-stroke hemiplegic patients and help them develop a positive and optimistic attitude, relieve negative emotions.
