摘要
研究旨在探讨早期主动性护理与个体化运动方式对重症急性胰腺炎患者的影响。选取2022年12月至2024年12月期间40例患者，随机分为对照组和实验组，每组20例。对照组接受常规护理，实验组在常规护理基础上增加早期主动性护理和个体化运动方式。结果显示实验组住院时间短、并发症少、生活质量评分和护理满意度高，差异显著（P<0.05）。结论表明该方法能有效缩短住院时间、降低并发症、提升生活质量及满意度，建议推广。

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of early proactive nursing and individualized exercise on patients with severe acute pancreatitis. A total of 40 patients from December 2022 to December 2024 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 20 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the experimental group added early active nursing and individualized exercise mode on the basis of routine nursing. The results showed that the experimental group had short hospital stay, fewer complications, high quality of life score and nursing satisfaction, and the differences were significant (P<0.05). Conclusion This method can effectively shorten the length of hospital stay, reduce complications, improve the quality of life and satisfaction.
