Effect of Chinese medicine laxative combined with ankle pump exercise on postoperative swelling in patients with varicose veins of the lower limbs
中药塌渍联合踝泵运动对下肢静脉曲张患者术后肿胀的应用效果

摘要

目的 探讨中药塌渍联合踝泵运动在下肢静脉曲张患者术后肿胀管理中的临床应用效果。方法 选取2023年10月至2024年10月期间，在我院接受下肢静脉曲张手术的80例患者作为研究对象，将患者按随机分组方法分为对照组（40例，采用常规术后护理）和观察组（40例，采取中药塌渍联合踝泵运动），观察并记录两组患者术后肿胀程度、疼痛评分及康复时间。结果 观察组患者术后肿胀程度明显低于对照组，疼痛评分低于对照组，康复时间短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 中药塌渍联合踝泵运动能有效减轻下肢静脉曲张患者术后肿胀，降低术后疼痛，促进患者早日康复，有较高临床应用价值，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of Chinese medicine soaking combined with ankle pump exercise in the management of postoperative swelling in patients with varicose veins of the lower limbs.
Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent varicose vein surgery in our hospital from October 2023 to October 2024 were selected as the research subjects. The patients were randomly divided into a control group (40 cases, conventional postoperative care) and an observation group (40 cases, Chinese medicine soaking combined with ankle pump exercise). The postoperative swelling, pain score and recovery time of the two groups of patients were observed and recorded.
Results The postoperative swelling degree of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the pain score was lower than that of the control group, and the recovery time was shorter than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Chinese medicine soaking combined with ankle pump exercise can effectively reduce postoperative swelling and postoperative pain in patients with varicose veins of the lower limbs, promote early recovery of patients, have high clinical application value, and are worthy of promotion.
