摘要

目的 分析认知饮食护理在2型糖尿病肾病透析患者中对护理满意度、健康知识评分的影响。方法选取我院2024年3月至9月收治的2型糖尿病肾病透析患者78例作为观察对象,随机分为观察组(39例)和对照组(39例),对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施认知饮食护理,对比两组患者的护理满意度及健康知识掌握情况。结果 护理后,观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组,健康知识评分亦明显更高。其差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论 认知饮食护理可有效提高2型糖尿病肾病透析患者的护理满意度,增强患者健康知识掌握程度,对改善患者预后具有重要意义,值得在临床上推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the influence of cognitive diet nursing on nursing satisfaction and health knowledge scores in type 2 diabetes nephropathy dialysis patients.
Methods 78 dialysis patients with type 2 diabetes nephropathy admitted to our hospital from March to September 2024 were selected as the observation objects. They were randomly divided into the observation group (39 cases) and the control group (39 cases). The control group used conventional nursing. The observation group implemented cognitive diet nursing on the basis of conventional nursing, and compared the nursing satisfaction and health knowledge of the two groups.
Results After nursing, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the health knowledge score was also significantly higher. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Cognitive diet nursing can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction of type 2 diabetes nephropathy dialysis patients, enhance the level of patients' health knowledge, which is of great significance to improve the prognosis of patients, and is worthy of clinical application.
