探究保护性睡眠护理干预对新生儿高胆红素血症的护理效果

摘要

目的 研究保护性睡眠护理干预措施针对新生儿高胆红素血症的临床护理成效。方法 本研究选取2024年1月至12月期间我院收治的60例高胆红素血症新生儿作为研究对象。依据随机对照研究设计原则，将患儿均分为对照组与观察组，每组各包含30例样本。对照组实施传统常规护理方案，观察组则采用保护性睡眠护理干预策略。对比两组护理效果。结果 两组的新生儿在护理后均取得一定效果，但观察组新生儿的黄疸指数、血清总胆红素含量均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组新生儿的各项睡眠质量评分均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组的不良反应发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 针对高胆红素血症的新生儿群体开展保护性睡眠护理干预措施后，已观察到显著的临床效果，有较高应用价值。

Abstract

Objective Study the clinical nursing effectiveness of protective sleep care interventions for neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.
Methods This study selected 60 newborns with hyperbilirubinemia admitted to our hospital from January to December 2024 as the research subjects. According to the principles of randomized controlled study design, the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 30 samples in each group. The control group received traditional routine nursing care, while the observation group received protective sleep care intervention strategies. Compare the nursing effects of two groups.
Results Both groups of newborns achieved certain results after nursing, but the jaundice index and serum total bilirubin content of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The sleep quality scores of the observation group newborns were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   After implementing protective sleep care interventions for newborns with hyperbilirubinemia, significant clinical effects have been observed and have high application value.
