全程导师模式下双轨制带教护生临床能力提升路径研究

摘要

随着医疗行业的快速发展,对护理人才的临床能力提出了更高要求。全程导师模式下的双轨制带教作为一种创新的护理教育模式,近年来受到广泛关注。本研究聚焦全程导师模式下双轨制带教对护生临床能力提升路径,综合运用文献研究与实证分析,揭示该模式的内涵、实施现状、对护生临床能力的影响以及存在的问题与挑战,为护理教育改革提供理论与实践支撑。研究表明,该模式通过理论与实践深度融合、个性化指导等方式,有效促进了护生临床能力的提升,但在实施过程中也面临着导师队伍建设、教学资源整合等方面的问题,需要进一步探索解决方案。

Abstract

With the rapid development of the medical industry, higher requirements have been put forward for the clinical abilities of nursing talents. As an innovative nursing education model, the dual track mentoring system under the full process mentor mode has received widespread attention in recent years. This study focuses on the dual track mentoring model for improving the clinical abilities of nursing students under the full process mentorship model. By comprehensively using literature research and empirical analysis, it reveals the connotation, implementation status, impact on the clinical abilities of nursing students, as well as the existing problems and challenges of this model, providing theoretical and practical support for nursing education reform. Research has shown that this model effectively promotes the improvement of clinical abilities of nursing students through deep integration of theory and practice, personalized guidance, and other methods. However, in the implementation process, it also faces problems such as the construction of mentor teams and the integration of teaching resources, which require further exploration of solutions.
