摘要
目的 分析在肾小球肾炎患者的临床护理方案中应用优质护理的医学价值。方法 将2024年1月-2024年12月内就诊的肾小球炎患者80例随机分对照组40例常规护理，观察组40例实施优质护理，对比两组护理前后的整体护理质量以及护理满意评分。结果 护理前，两组患者观察指标对比差异不具有统计学意义，（P﹥0.05）。护理后，观察组患者SF-36生活质量评分优于对照组，同时ESCA自护能力评分优于对照组，护理满意评分优于对照值，差异对比有统计学意义，（P<0.05）。结论 优质护理在肾小球肾炎患者可提高患者自护能力和生活质量，让患者护理体验良好，多方面受益。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the medical value of applying high-quality nursing in the clinical nursing plan of patients with glomerulonephritis. Methods 80 patients with glomerulonephritis who received treatment between January 2024 and December 2024 were randomly divided into a control group of 40 patients receiving routine nursing care and an observation group of 40 patients receiving high-quality nursing care. The overall nursing quality and nursing satisfaction scores before and after the two groups were compared. Results Before nursing, there was no statistically significant difference in the observed indicators between the two groups of patients (P>0.05). After nursing, the SF-36 quality of life score of the observation group patients was better than that of the control group, and the ESCA self-care ability score was better than that of the control group. The nursing satisfaction score was better than the control value, and the difference was statistically significant, (P<0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing can improve the self-care ability and quality of life of patients with glomerulonephritis, provide a good nursing experience, and benefit patients in multiple aspects.
