The impact of standardized emergency nursing procedures on the time window of thrombolytic therapy for acute ischemic stroke
标准化急救护理流程在急性缺血性脑卒中溶栓治疗时间窗的影响

摘要

目的 分析标准化急救护理流程在急性缺血性脑卒中溶栓治疗时间窗的影响。方法 该研究总共纳入94例试验对象，均是2023.01月至2024.12月到医院诊治的急性缺血性脑卒中患者，利用随机数字表法进行分组，划分为对照组（常规急救护理，n=46）与研究组（标准化急救护理流程，n=46）。对比两组的急救护理时间、抢救成功率及神经功能。结果 在静脉通道开放时间、CT或MRI检查完成时间、急诊至开始溶栓时间上，研究组均短于对照组（P＜0.05）。在抢救成功率与神经功能评分上，研究组优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在急性缺血性脑卒中患者治疗期间，引入标准化急救护理流程可有效缩短溶栓治疗时间窗，提高抢救成功率。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact of standardized emergency nursing procedures on the time window of thrombolytic therapy for acute ischemic stroke.
Methods A total of 94 experimental subjects were included in this study, all of whom were acute ischemic stroke patients who received treatment at the hospital from January 2023 to December 2024. They were randomly divided into a control group (conventional emergency care, n=46) and a study group (standardized emergency care procedures, n=46) using a random number table method. Compare the emergency nursing time, rescue success rate, and neurological function between the two groups.
Results The study group was shorter than the control group in terms of venous channel opening time, completion time of CT or MRI examination, and time from admission to start thrombolysis (P<0.05). In terms of rescue success rate and neurological function score, the study group was superior to the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Introducing standardized emergency nursing procedures during the treatment of acute ischemic stroke patients can effectively shorten the time window of thrombolytic therapy and improve the success rate of rescue.
