Effects of early nursing intervention on neurobehavioral development in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy
早期护理干预对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病神经行为发育的效果研究

摘要

目的 分析早期护理干预对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病神经行为发育的影响。方法 该试验对象为2023.01月至2024.12月到医院诊治的82例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿，随机分为对照组（常规护理，n=41）与试验组（早期护理干预，n=41）。对比两组的干预效果。结果 在神经行为评分、智力发育评分、心理运动发育评分及神经系统后遗症发生率上，试验组优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 早期护理干预有助于促进新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病患儿神经行为发育，值得临床推荐应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact of early nursing intervention on the neurobehavioral development of neonates with hypoxic - ischemic encephalopathy.
Methods The subjects of this trial were 82 cases of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy children who came to the hospital from January 2023 to December 2024, and were randomly divided into the control group (routine care, n=41) and the experimental group (early care intervention, n=41). The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.
Results The experimental group was superior to the control group in terms of neurobehavioral scores, intellectual developmental scores, psychomotor developmental scores, and the incidence of neurological sequelae (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Early nursing interventions can help promote neurobehavioral development in children with neonatal ischemic-hypoxic encephalopathy and are worthy of clinical recommendation.
