Analysis of the application effect of five-element music therapy combined with auricular acupoint pressing in patients with anxiety and depression after stroke
五行音乐疗法联合耳穴压籽在中风后焦虑抑郁患者中的应用效果分析

摘要

目的 探讨对中风后焦虑抑郁患者实施五行音乐联合耳穴压籽疗法的效用价值。方法 研究中实验对比对象共计90例，均为中风病症，且存在焦虑、抑郁症状，以摇号方式将其分为对照与观察两个组别，患者人数均为45例，其中对照组采取常规护理模式，观察组实施五行音乐疗法联合耳穴压籽，观察并深入比较两组实际应用效果。结果 经实验中数据显示，经干预后观察组患者SAS、SDS评分均较对照组低，而且PSQI评分大幅提升，与此同时相较对照组，SF-36评分明显较高（P＜0.05）。结论 对于中风后焦虑抑郁患者而言，给予五行音乐与耳穴压籽联合疗法整体效果较为显著，可有效缓解患者负性情绪，改善其睡眠情况，对患者生活质量水平的提升也有积极促进作用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the efficacy of five-element music combined with auricular acupoint pressing in patients with anxiety and depression after stroke.
Methods A total of 90 experimental comparison subjects were included in the study, all of whom had stroke symptoms and had anxiety and depression symptoms. They were divided into two groups, control and observation, by lottery, with 45 patients in each group. The control group adopted conventional nursing mode, and the observation group implemented five-element music therapy combined with auricular acupoint pressing. The actual application effects of the two groups were observed and compared in depth.
Results The experimental data showed that after intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the PSQI score was greatly improved. At the same time, the SF-36 score was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   For patients with anxiety and depression after stroke, the overall effect of the combined therapy of five-element music and auricular acupoint pressing is more significant, which can effectively relieve the negative emotions of patients, improve their sleep conditions, and also have a positive effect on improving the quality of life of patients.
