Exploration of community rehabilitation nursing for improving the quality of life of patients with cerebral infarction sequelae
社区康复护理对脑梗死后遗症患者生活质量的改善探讨

摘要

目的 探究社区康复护理对脑梗死后遗症患者生活质量的改善效果。方法 选取2023年12月到24年12月本社区医院收诊的脑梗死后遗症患者48例。按照数字表法分为甲组与乙组各24例。甲组患者给予常规护理干预，乙组患者给予社区康复护理干预，比较两组患者护理后的SF-36、MMSE、FCA评分及护理满意度。结果 乙组患者SF-36、MMSE、FCA评分及护理满意度均高于甲组，数据对比分析，差异明显均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 针对脑梗死后遗症患者，社区康复护理在改善患者生活质量、认知与功能状态及提升患者满意度方面效果优于常规护理，可作为优化脑梗死后遗症护理的重要模式推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the improvement effect of community rehabilitation nursing on the quality of life of patients with post-stroke sequelae.
Methods 48 patients with post-stroke sequelae admitted to our community hospital from December 2023 to December 2024 were selected. According to the numerical table method, there were 24 cases in Group A and 24 cases in Group B. Patients in Group A received routine nursing interventions, while patients in Group B received community rehabilitation nursing interventions. The SF-36, MMSE, FCA scores, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups after nursing care.
Results The SF-36, MMSE, FCA scores, and nursing satisfaction of patients in Group B were higher than those in Group A. The data comparison analysis showed significant differences with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For patients with post-stroke sequelae, community rehabilitation nursing is more effective than conventional nursing in improving their quality of life, cognitive and functional status, and enhancing patient satisfaction. It can be promoted as an important model for optimizing post-stroke sequelae nursing.
