摘要
目的 观察时间护理在精神分裂症患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法 将2023年8月-2024年8月接收的68例精神分裂症患者纳入研究,随机分为时间组和对比组,每组34例。两组均实施健康教育,对比组在健康教育基础上行普通护理,时间组进行时间护理,比较两组护理前后的社会功能缺陷评分、外在攻击行为评分。结果 护理前,两组社会功能缺陷评分、外在攻击行为评分无明显差异(P>0.05);护理后,两组社会功能缺陷评分、外在攻击行为评分均下降,时间组低于对比组(P<0.05)。结论 时间护理在精神分裂症患者健康教育中的应用效果显著,有助于改善社会功能缺陷,减少外在攻击行为。

Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of time care in health education for patients with schizophrenia. Methods 68 patients with schizophrenia received from August 2023 to August 2024 were included in the study and randomly divided into a time group and a control group, with 34 patients in each group. Both groups received health education, with the control group receiving regular care on the basis of health education and the time group receiving time care. The social function deficit score and external aggressive behavior score before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in the scores of social functional impairment and external aggressive behavior between the two groups (P>0.05); After nursing, both groups showed a decrease in social function deficit scores and external aggressive behavior scores, with the time group being lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of time care in health education for patients with schizophrenia is significant, which helps to improve social functional deficiencies and reduce external aggressive behavior.
